Agreement
These terms apply to grooming services provided by Paws and Relax Mobile Pet Grooming, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and to your use of this website. By requesting an appointment you agree to them.
Appointments and Pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting prices. Final pricing depends on your dog's size, coat condition, and behavior, and we confirm your quote before we begin. Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your slot to another family on the route.
Health and Safety
Please tell us about medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or handling concerns before your appointment. We may stop or adjust a groom if continuing would put your dog or our groomer at risk. Severe matting is clipped short rather than brushed out, because brushing it is painful for the dog. We may decline service to a dog showing signs of illness or aggression.
Access and Parking
Our trailer is self-contained but needs a safe, legal place to park near your home. If you use our Latchkey Service, you authorize us to enter using the access method you provide, collect and return your dog, and secure the home when we leave.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by Texas law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the appointment in question. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
