Our Policies
Starting-At Pricing: final pricing depends on your dog's coat condition, behavior, and exact size. We confirm your quote before we start.
Matting: light tangles brush out, but severe matting is painful to brush. For your dog's comfort we will clip the coat short instead; deep mat removal falls under our Extra Care add-on.
Special Handling: dogs who need extra patience or gentle accommodation due to anxiety or age are covered by our Extra Care add-on, so nervous pups get the time they need.
Cancellations: please give us at least 48 hours' notice so we can offer your slot to another family on the route.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does mobile grooming cost more than a salon?
You are paying for a premium one-on-one service. We bring a fully equipped spa directly to your door, saving you two round trips. Your dog gets our undivided attention the entire time, with no cage-waiting, no noisy backrooms, and no exposure to other animals.
How long does a grooming session take?
Most appointments take one to two hours, depending on your dog's size, breed, coat condition, and how relaxed they are. We never rush; safety and quality come first.
What is the Latchkey Service?
After our first appointment together, you can leave us a door code, garage code, or lockbox key. We bring your pup out, complete their groom in the trailer, and return them safely inside before locking up. It is very popular with busy owners.
Do you need my electricity or water?
No. Our trailer is fully self-contained, with its own generator and heated fresh-water tanks.
How do you handle severely matted coats?
Your dog's comfort comes first. Light tangles brush out, but severe matting is painful and dangerous to brush, so we safely clip the coat short for a fresh, comfortable start. A de-matting fee may apply for the extra time.
